Career Prospects Values.
Using our values we are happy to detail how we successfully complete assignments;
Fairness
- Career Prospects would manage assignments on a success-only basis. Our belief is it is unfair for a client to incur ANY cost before the assignment has been completed or to incur ANY cost if the assignment is not fulfilled;
- Career Prospects can agree a FIXED fee before commencing the assignment. This allows the client to budget confidently as the fee remains fixed regardless of the final salary offered; upon which most recruiter’s standard terms levy a percentage charge,the higher the salary the higher their fee!!
- Career Prospects interview every candidate on the initial short-list via telephone or video conference call – as we are only interested in their skills, experience and ability to fulfil the role this is the fairest selection method. When we refine this short-list we meet every candidate in person before presenting them to you;
- Career Prospects provide a ‘free replacement’ GUARANTEE to every client for three months – we don’t intend that you use it, but it shows our commitment to ensuring client satisfaction;
Trust
- We hope you trust our judgement and Career Prospects will provide you with the correct methodology for fulfilling each and every assignment Temp or Perm. or for the right approach in Search & Selection .

- You can trust in our ability to deliver answers to your most difficult recruiting problems having expertise in :- Head Hunt - Search - Selection - Campaign Management-Database and Temporary Staffing. We can also offer an Agency service to fill immediate need recruitment from a Database of over 12000 Candidates.

- To successfully complete the assignment Career Prospects believe it is important to ‘get under the skin’ of what a successful candidate ‘looks like’. To achieve this Career Prospects would undertake a face to face meeting with the Contact, as well as talking to members of the team to understand ‘what successful looks like’;
- Career Prospects communicate effectively throughout every assignment using its state-of-the-art IT solution, which means all our communication is ‘paperless’;
- For every candidate we place, Career Prospects plant a tree with The Carbon Neutral Company and would be delighted to enter in to joint PR thereby promoting Clients locally;
Integrity
- Career Prospects are hope to build a long-term relationship and believe this means truly working together – therefore Career Prospects would cover all associated expenses and costs for the assignment;
- One request - Career Prospects respect the environment more than we aspire for a client list ‘to die for’ – therefore we would encourage you to endorse Corporate Social Responsibility or Ethical policy and make a conscious decision not to work with unethical businesses.
